About Me

Hi, I am Annie Henderson, a certified sleep sense consultant.

My journey to become a sleep consultant started with my daughter Harper. When she was 6 months old I decided to look into sleep training because I was 4 months pregnant with my son, Hudson.

Yes, I have Irish twins!

I knew I couldn’t take the chance on waiting for her to just one day decide to sleep through the night. I found Dana Obleman, creator of The Sleep Sense Program and used her program to sleep train my daughter.

After just a few nights on the program, I was blown away by the progress my daughter had made. Within two weeks she was sleeping 10-11 hours every night and I was finally feeling confident in the fact that I could take care of two babies and not be a mombie.

When Hudson arrived, I started the program from day one and by 7 weeks old he was sleeping 12 hours a night. I was one well-rested momma!

It was obvious to me from that point that I had to make this my career. I am very confident in my ability to help other parents teach their children how to sleep and finally get a better night’s rest. I honestly believe that every mom and dad should be well educated in infant and child sleep because with knowledge come confidence and when you are a new parent confidence can be lacking. I would love the opportunity to help your child develop healthy sleep habits that will benefit them and you for a lifetime. My business comes from a very personal place and I want to provide every family a personalize experience that will have them jumping for joy because they learned the value of sleep for their entire family.

A bit more about me

I am originally from Seattle, Washington but am now a proud Army wife following my husband around the world while he serves our country. We currently reside in Fayetteville, North Carolina as my husband is stationed at Fort Bragg. We love the extended summers here and the mild winters, it allows me time to enjoy getting out in the yard with the kids, watching them play while I garden. I am a coffee and wine lover and truly enjoy my early morning hour to myself with my coffee and 2 Siberian Huskies, Artica and Gunner, before the kiddos wake up at 7am. At night, after the kids are tucked into bed, I love my peaceful evenings because I can pour myself a glass of wine and indulge in a deep conversation with my husband after a long day.

This is the blissful evening I want to help cultivate for my families because it allows for everyone in the home a peaceful evening and a restful night of sleep. My life is not perfect and it’s not simple but I roll with it and I wouldn’t change it for anything.

If you have gotten this far in my website I know you are ready to experience the same enjoyable evenings, nights and mornings that I described. The great news is, it’s absolutely possible and it’s never too late to start teaching your child healthy sleep habits whether they are a 4-month-old or 4-year-old. I become a close friend while we are working together because then you feel supported and ready to tackle every sleep situation that comes your way and in the end, we will have shared a few laughs, maybe a few hurdles to jump over, little victories, milestone developments and finally a feeling a pride in the accomplishment your child has made in their sleep habits in the short amount of time we have spent together.

Don’t wait another minute to talk to me one-on-one so I can support and guide you through the process of teaching your child how to fall asleep independently, sleep more peacefully through the night and take longer more restful naps. Book a call with me, I can’t wait to chat with you.
